I like late seventies car chases, and I like the American style.

For a video I'm making I decided I wanted a collection of cop cars, roughly based on real ones.

So i created the Lowell Milano range of cars, comparable with the Dodge Monaco/Plymouth Fury of mid to late seventies, and extended it into 1982.

Links to the craft files:
1976
1977
1979
1979 Special
1980
1982

Mod used: Aviation Lights.

Extra mods used for the cars in the video:
Sirens! -> made by me.
Rover Wheel sounds by PizzaOverhead, replaced the sound files
Tweaked the rover wheels to give the cars a bit more speed. Edited by Azimech

I've seen most of the car chases from that period :-)

Nice gifs! Did you speed the gifs up?

Yes, it was me hammering F1 and using gifmaker.me. to create them. I like them to be fluid.

Have you guys noticed something unusual about the video? Because there is.

The wheel sound is effected by the Doppler effect but not the siren?

Both engine sounds and siren sounds are effected by the doppler effect. But what most people take for granted because it's natural in real life, it only exists in this unreleased dev version of Camera Tools, and I'm grateful I'm having a opportunity to test it.

Thanks, Castille7!

I thought so. The siren is much less pronounced though. To mine ears. I noticed the Doppler effect immediately. I miss it from games that do not simulate it.
