I have used it a few times before. You need the no offset limit mod. Then you just offset the placed end of the strut. You can in fact also strut to strut ends so its possible to make any shape you want with them.

Indeed I do! I've been wanting to build a Gotha or a Handley Page 0/400 for some time now, but I haven't been able to get a good looking fuselage. Those flat radiator panels in 1.0.5 do look like they will work though, maybe I'll give it another try.

Ever since 1.0.5, I've been obsessed with building boats and submarines, it's time to return to my roots...
