1.25m nosecone with sideways booster

So... I'm looking for a mod that has a nosecone in it, with a booster that blows sideways... basically to help move booster rockets away quickly.

Another nice-to-have would be something akin to the sepratron, but fuelled by monopropelant so it wont damage anything it sprays onto

 

are there any mods that contain these?

I don't have anything useful to say, other than Monopropellant (aka Hydrazine) is incredibly toxic/corrosive so you wouldn't want to be spraying it on your rocket.
