Yes, success rate should rise because the Falcon 9 is constantly being updated. However, there will be more frequent launches, and more chances to RUD.

No rocket is 100% safe. Sure, there are ones that have flown three times flawlessly, but every rocket that flies more than that will experience a failure eventually. It would be AWESOME if no more Falcon 9's would fail between now and then, though. I'd put my money on something to do with the second stage.
