Select multiple landed craft for recovery

Recommended Posts

So i was making a boat for the lulz, and I managed to get it into the water, when suddenly the kraken took the wheel and blew it up. After adding more struts, I realized that I forgot to revert to spaceplane hangar. Normally, this is no problem, but when you have around 50 fuel tanks floating around, littering the KCS beach, it will take away some FPS, not to mention how annoying it is. But when I tried to recover them from the KSC, I had to do it one by one, making it a very tedious project. What I propose is this, when in the KSC, you can left click and drag to select multiple craft in the same area, allowing you to recover them all.

If there is an easier way to do it, let me know, but I think this should be in the stock game. And yes, I did use MS Paint, please excuse my poor drawing skills.

The only issue I see with this is when the bit you need to keep is surrounded by debris. Then a loop select like this could be a hindrance, but that doesn't happen to me very often.

A 'muilti select' option in both the KSC view and in the tracking station would also be a good way to approach the problem.

Easy workaround: set debris to visible and everything else to invisible. Select all the debris you want and recover it, then make everything else visible again.
