This... THIS will be interesting. I just did a challenge just like this but I had to stick below 100 altitude.
I have a question though, may I use parachutes to safely slow down and land the plane? Also is there going to be a badge for this challenge, example if we get over 1000m/s or 2000m/s?
Also... when you say it must all be in one stage, does this include staging to activate more engines?

I cant wait to attempt this challenge tommorow.

The rules say, no decouplers, may I ask why this was passed?

well, i only used them to get the kerbal into the seat

Welcome to the forum @orbiting_electron, this is a very old challenge and KSP has been greatly updated since it was posted.  This would be a good candidate for a reboot challenge.

well my plane had no wings and got 7000m/s at 40000m and 6000m/s at 30000(i cant make it not lift)

it had exactly 8 engines(vectors)

well if u pilot my plane so it does not lift,u have to make it go up and down and up and down which makes it decelerate a bit at every turn so 1200m/s

but if u only pilot it down a bit,u get 30000m and 6000m/s
