It's interesting, and appears to be well coded.  I find the subway maps to still be more convenient.

I use the subway maps too however this could be a useful addition. I like the way it breaks down the dV into separate stages without having to do the math myself :)

Yes it's quite nice.

I had quite a hard time to understand the rocket and flag icons ;)

But even the "realistic" value is very overfueled.

Ahh that was what I was wondering.....the fuel levels. Mind you as a sandbox player predominantly I personally think that too much is better than not enough. I also agree that the icons could be better presented.....I've only just worked them out myself lol.

You can set the margins for the Realistic and Casual options on the sliders.

Surprised by the unintuitive comments, seems to be just click your start point, click your end point and it tells you the dV requirement.  Saves having to add up the numbers on a subway plot.

Not sure about some of it's numbers though, for example it says Mun surface to Kerbin low orbit is the same as Mun surface to Kerbin surface.  Surely in the former you need a bit more dV to lift the Pe out of the atmosphere after capturing, and to get to Kerbin GSO from Mun surface it seems to be saying go to LKO and then back up again, not sure if that'd just the display though as I've not tried the manoeuvre to see how much dV it would need.  It's a pretty minor point though.

Seems good for ballpark calculations on simple missions - it throws a lot of answers at you in a single click so time-wise seems pretty easy. But yeah - I can get to orbit with ~3500 m/s, it's budgeting me over 3900. :/ I'll try the "perfectionist" setting where it doesn't give you any extra fuel and just add that manually.

Also - a trip from Kerbin to Eve adds over 100m/s in plane change - why not just match and intercept from whatever angle and just save yourself the fuel? Anyways, I've turned that one off - though I can see that feature being useful for (say) Pol-Bop transfers and so on.

EDIT again: Though it's certainly worth considering plane changes in trips to Eeloo or Dres too - I've had missions out there fail because I planned an intercept when the planes were far out of alignment.
