RSS/RO reaching memory limit on loadup

In short, RSS and RO hang on load up. I used CKAN to download them, so they are properly installed and up to date.

Don't go for all the associated mods. As @NathanKell would say

I only use the required. I have no excessive mods.

@ZooNamedGames the log is not public, it says access is required. Also please include the other information the sticky asks of you (system setup, complete mod list with versions, etc).
