Making Stars for a Mod + Oceans not working.

For a while, I have been looking for a way to Make stars in my modpack. I have asked around, reread stuff and even looked in modpacks that include stars but for whatever reason, the stars do not appear in-game. Is anyone able to help me with this subject please. Even just a copy of an example will help.

Another problem I'm having is that when I create oceans, although I've checked the code over and over again and I am Sure I am using the right lines, The ocean does not appear at all. Do I have to offset the land a bit?

One last thing, Although I state a colour for the atmosphere, it ends up being just black and i have no clue why.
