Cost Doesn't Reset when you Press 'New'

I could not figure out how to get onto the bug tracker. I guess when someone else confirms this bug they can add it.

It seems like its very minor and should be easy to fix. How to replicate:

1.Build any rocket in the VAB.

2.Press 'New' button. Doesn't matter if you save or not.

3.Cost of the rocket you just deleted will be displayed until you place the first part of your new rocket.
