KSP noob saying "hi"

Hi!

A buddy referred me to the sim and man am I having a great time! He told me to avoid the sandbox, so naturally I went there first.

Looks like I've got some science to do. Kudos to the devs and apparently extremely strong community.

But maybe what I like best is that the sim is being marketed towards the educational community. Our (and I mean all) kids *need* these kinds of educational resources!

Anyway, hi again and I'm looking forward to my first self-done stable orbit and onward from there.

Yes, welcome.

Sandbox is fun for creating insane rockets that may blow up or be the most rewarding flight ever. Career mode inspires the same level of insanity but in a conservative way. Go Figure.

And also, I totally think that instead of textbook physics students should just play KSP. It's a great educational resource. 

Ah, this makes me remember the thrills of my gist orbital mission... Good luck with that.
