[The Space Dino]

I have installed Kerbal Engineer Redux and Kerbal Planetary Base Systems ( both for v1.0.5 ), but my Kerbal Planetary Base Systems does not work.

Kerbal Engineer Redux does work, but its icon is just white in the tabs.

Any tips on how to solve it?

Are you sure the mods were installed correctly? What do you mean by Planetary Systems doesn't work?

The parts of the mod are not appearing in the VAB or SPH.

@JPLRepo's advice is the most important thing when reporting any issue with KSP or mods.

However, in this case, you have almost certainly installed the mods incorrectly.  For KER you should have a folder called KerbalEngineer inside the GameData folder in the KSP install.  You should definitely not have a GameData folder inside the GameData folder.  If you do then simply move everything from the "inner" GameData folder (the one that doesn't contain a Squad folder) into the "outer" one (the one that does contain the Squad folder) and then delete the empty GameData folder.

For the other mod, it should also be a folder in the GameData folder.  Are you in sandbox mode or career/science mode?  If the former then the parts should be available when correctly installed, but if in career or science mode then you may need to research and/or unlock the mod's parts in the R&D building.
