Need help finding which mod(s) are making vessels not load.

Ive been trying to update my mods (80+) but there is something causing many of my ships not to load in. I then drop a copy of the save file so I can try again.

Some of the parts missing are listed a;

SR.Payload.01   -These go all the way up to SR.Payload.04

adapter-rad-125

sercivetank-25

battery-rad-125

Does anyone know what mod/mods are causing the issues?

I'll update the list if people need more ideas. I can also list the mods I have if that helps.
