Changing number of days in Kerbin calendar?

I'm working on a mod that has changed Kerbin's orbital period from 426 days to 410 days.  Unfortunately the calendar still counts off 426 days before turning over to the next year.  Does anybody know how to change this so that I can make the years turn over after 410 calendar days?  Thanks in advance.

It seems like it is hard coded - look in the settings, you will find a possibility to change between earth and kerbin (stock kerbin orbital period) calendars.

You could maybe use a custom date formatter. Like RSSTimeFormatter. I haven't looked into whether this affects the internal stored days in year etc. or just how they are formatted for display.

The time is stored in seconds so you indeed only have to change how it is displayed and the game provides an easy way to do it.  @Aelfhe1m provided a perfect exemple.

Unfortunately my expertise ends at editing settings and configuration files.  If it takes writing code, then that's beyond me.  I'll probably figure out some way to change my mod so Kerbin's period remains 426 days.  Thanks anyway.
