Well, in any case, i crafted an anvil and put it down in the skelly pit.  I dunno why the one which was there was not there anymore but there's one down there again for any who need to use one.  Please don't move or take it, thanks.

 

Sheesh i take a break for a few days and i come back and i cant even.  Heh.

Then use normal bows to repair it..

I have had this bow for a while now, i repair it when it gets "low".  I use it dozens of times when i'm scouting and many times while mining and building.  Would be nice to not need to spend hours to get a new one and do all the enchantment/xp stuff.

 

Also, there is a huge near the surface/on the surface abandoned mine at 423 3094.  its located in a mesa biome near ocean.  I just gathered 5 stacks of rail and two powered rails from this, but theres ore and clay and orange sand galore.  There may be more to the mine that i have not seen, so might be worth checking out.  Also, plenty of wood and fence still in there.  Be careful, some of the webs trigger collapses when you take them out.

Warning: beware of dug up mesas all the way down to the stone level.

Florid has a portal set-up that goes from his monsterous ocean creation to the mesa.  I am guessing he used it to create the big block o clay.

that ocean monument that's really close to spawn is mine. I'm going there today to build my base there.

Guise, please do not mine or build stuff or expose the rail tunnels to any water within 2 blocks please please please.  I just had to go fix the lake because someone removed a bunch of dirt i put there to keep water away from the sanctuary-paradise tunnel.  It was on a curved section so i had to trace the damn line of the tunnel twice to get it covered back up.  Please don't mine the bottom of the fishing lake anymore.  The tunnel is right there.  Also, there was water down into a huge dug out cave access that poured all around and onto the same tunnel.  I put a block of dirt to stop the water, but whomever dug all that out has to go fill in the parts by the tunnel please.  Two blocks on top, side and bottom.  If you want to continue using that cave etc just dig around it properly.

 

We put a huge amount of time and effort into building out the rail lines, lets try to protect it from being flooded & broken, eh?

Paradise city construction is going pretty well! But we need more materials to build it out of, and there seems to be a mesa directly south of Paradise. We would have to dig out a 2500 block long tunnel for a metro line going from Paradise to it or start constructing a nether hub. What do you think?

Oh, guys, I have some news.

As you may (Or may not depending on your connections) know, Sparky had a heart operation on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 24 for you Europeans or people who fail to celebrate PIE, football and roasted bird) and we have not heard from him since. I am fully trusting that he is going to be fine, and I have come up with an idea to make him better. Everyone who wants can send some form of a get well thing (Card, Letter, pixel art, etc.) To either his house (In minecraft (duh)) Or somewhere for him to find (Try to make it an obvious spot, please!). I, personally, will be making a "WELCOME BACK" sculpture out of stone in paradise.

My goal for this is to show Sparky how much we like him, and hopefully he will enjoy this.
