I'd like to share a comic strip, but...

I'd like to share a comic strip but can't seem to upload more than two images per post. The first chapter is 14 panels and 14 images. I tried doing imgur album, but it's a mess. And doing them one by one into this forum, well, it stops me at 2 images. Is there a better way? I would prefer all the images be in one post, but I know how much it sucks to have to navigate links for each image of a comic strip so simply doing image links within the post is not ideal.

To further limit things, my broke @$$ can only afford internet on my phone. So that's how I do things. I have the images on my phone, just want to show you guys, and in a manner that's relevant. Like a strip.

Any ideas?

First set up your phone as a modem for the PC. USB tethering or such. Uploading pics from a phone is absolute pain.

Have an Imgur account and be logged in there. Upload them all to Imgur. Click your name there, for the drop-down menu. Pick "Images". This shows a grid of thumbnails of your uploads.

Click first image. Copy link from the 'Direct Link' entry, paste into post in KSP forum and press enter. The forum script will transform the link into image embedded into the post.

Repeat as necessary. There is no limit on linked inlined images.

Imgur quite thoroughly culled access to the 'direct link' but the image preview accessible from the 'images' page still has it.

This is what I was having the most problems with. The forum stopped me at two inline images. Could this be due to my new account status? Imgur by phone isn't too bad. Just jumbles up the order of images uploaded as an album. Not convenient, but workable.

Thanks for responding, too.

And thanks for the relocate, @Deddly

Doubt so. I believe it was either that you messed a link (say not direct, .jpg but a link to Imgur page which it loves to suggest), or just your phone's browser protested the load you were putting on it.

Question: How did those images get on your phone? Did you draw them on your phone? Or photographed them? Or did you download them from another site?
If you downloaded them
somewhere don't bother uploading them to imgur or whatever filehost. Simply link the original source.

Ah, should have clarified that. I made them on my computer in GIMP, and such. Then transferred them to my phone using iTunes. They reside in my photo album on my phone.

And as as a bit of an aside, I've always considered host scavenging (or whatever that's called) to be in bad form. Can really drive up a servers load in extreme cases, without pushing profitable traffic to the web hosts website itself.

If I recall correctly, that's why dude started imgur. So people had an alternative.

To to each his own though.

No problem. If there is no other source online just completely disregard my reply. I was merely trying to give you another option. Unfortunately this option is not available.

As others have said you will have to upload them somewhere. Once they're online it's simply a matter of posting the link. The forum should allow you to post multiple images in a single post. But if it doesn't, nothing is preventing you from posting multiple posts.
