instead of do the random thing other agency requested, I choose what I'll try to do and find sponser for it.

Is there anyone want to invest in this?

 

It would pay less then normal contract (75%?) because it's personally tailered by player.

Epic! Connect it to a building tier? Strategy center place, you can plan tiny contracts(nothing bigger than small kerbin space stations) at tier 2...but at tier 3 you can plan anything, surface bases and all. But the bigger the contract is(and thus its total funding), the less chance you have of the entire funding even being available?

Yes, please. Me and @r4pt0r suggested this some time ago. It seems he was first though.

Some sort of custom contract creator would be a blessing for people that don't like to deal with the random contracts we have now.
