Could Saturn's rings be colonized?

If they presume subsurface life on Europa (which is exactly in Jupiter's radiation belt), what's problem with Titan subsurface dwelleres?

And rather than Europa, Titan has the dense atmosphere , and if it also has a subsurface ocean, it would be rich withf N and C compounds.

Also, water is an amazing radiation shield

And Titan surface is water ice with organic lakes. So, better than Europa from any side.

Are we talking about the surface or hypothetical sub ice oceans? In which case I would say equal, but I would need to look up the mass of Titan's atmosphere to know how much ice is required to match it.

Aren't Saturn's rings not solid ? I mean, they're just steered by tidal forces and effects right ?

Mostly ice and rock particles, chunks and boulders. There actually is a lot of space between the bits and pieces, but the rings are so large and massive that they look solid.

As for their shape, yes to gravity, tidal forces and planet rotation.

Then how come can someone thinks to live on it... Even not having collision there would be a good thing ! (yes the collisions will be very low speed but still, it's outer space where conservation of momentum AND energy is highly obeyed...)
