SRB-Scout Rocket?

i want to make a scout rocket (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scout_(rocket_family)) but the question is : how.

the scout has SRB as main-engines, but with the difference that they hade an thrust-vectoring...

Have a word with @CobaltWolf, of Bluedog Design Bureau. Being an old US rocket design, it sounds exactly like the kind of thing he'd be interested in making.

It does seem that KSP is currently lacking a thrust vectoring SRB.

Porkjets rocketpart revamp had different engine variants with different properties (tankbut/boattail/compact), I wonder if we could have different nozzle options, to add vacuum optimized upper stage SRBs without making the part count balloon too much.

The last two stages are already in the mod. The first two are modeled and just need a few hours to throw together a UV and texture.

Back in 1.0.2, I made a MM patch that gave the stock SRB's a gimbal function. They didn't have animations but it got my Ares 1 replica to orbit quite nicley . Only thing is I seem to have misplaced the file during my mod folder clean up with the 1.1 update. 

I could probably make another fairly quick, if I can remember how to use MM .
