Docking Ports [1.1.3] not undocking in 1.2

I just loaded in my 1.1.3 save, there was no errors , I went to a craft that had docked parts and I am not able to undock them.  There is an 'undock' option, but after I select undock that option, the crafts do not separate.

There is no errors in the in the console when I undock.  Any suggestions?

I suggest you take a look here.

Please provide the save and logs, if it's a multiport docking you may have to undock all of the ports before the craft separate.

Thanks @sal_vager , I took this as an opportunity to start the ISS over again.

It would still be good to find out what's going wrong here, it might help others in a similar situation.

I understand; however since I wasn't able to figure it out.  I went a head and deleted the old ISS and started a new one.
