Game crashes on 'Retrieve Vessel'

Have AMD A8-5500 APU Raedon 3.2Ghz with 16 G ram.  Runs 40 fps in game, so I don't think it is my rig. 

Mods vary; but never had the problem in 1.1.3.  I have no idea how to read the crash reports either.

 

 

Is there any mods out there that causes this.  I have deleted them 1 at a time and still does it.

Yeah, I quoted myself...  Still crashing alot.

Try turning off the part highlighter in the graphics section of the main game settings.  If this doesn't stop the crashes then upload and link an output_log.txt file as described in the post that DrLicor linked above...

Tried playing with highlights turned off and now I just get a black screen.  cant click on any buildings either. (where they would be)

Deletead all current games and restarted everything.  Still blank screen even when turning the highlights back on... No crashes or error messages.

I know it will sound quite corny but... Have you tried to reinstall?
