Strange bug related to cfg file

Hi,

This one really had me stumped for a while.  While working on an old mod from 1.0.5, I was getting errors when a part was loaded, and realized that this line was the problem:

leakName =

Once I put a value in it, it started working, or at least not error'ing.

Is it correct to say that the above line is legal in Unity 4, but not Unity 5?
