Is there a 'space program history' mod?

There may be something like this already-- I hope!-- in which case, I'd be grateful if some kind soul can point me to it.

I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a mod, either in-game or external, that can basically read the current save/config file and output some data about past and current missions.. for instance, that Kerbal X 2 launched on year 02, day 187, crew Jebediah, Bob, and Bill, and landed on year 02, day 201, or that Probe 6 entered Duna's SOI on such and such a date.   I find myself keeping these sorts of things on notepads and spreadsheets...

I was just wishing for something like this myself. It would be good if it could also keep up with date and place of Kerbal deaths, base establishment, and maybe a means of manually adding in a note for something you want remembered but not covered in the automatic system.

And it should take screenshots!

There's highly complex Historic Missions Contract Pack made by Whitecat106. There's also simpler Historical Progression Contract Pack by pap1723, which is best to use in conjunction with his Historical Progression Tech Tree. Both of those historic contract packs work in KSP 1.2.x, and are compatible with Real Solar System. Just make sure you have the newest version of Contract Configurator installed. If you need real historic parts, consider those made by Raidernick. For example, here is his Soviet Spacecraft pack.3

edit: Ah, I just realised that it's not at all what you were looking for. I thought you wanted to recreate actual space program history in KSP. Please forgive me for not reading carefully enough.

Are you talking about something like this  aka FlightHistory?
