What does "SMQ 28" mean?

In the R&D section, there's a truck next to a building, near some crates, in the southern section, that has "SMQ 28" written on top of it. Is this an easter egg or a reference? Or is it maybe the title of whoever textured/modeled this section? I haven't found any other vehicles with words like this printed on them.

What could it mean?

Very trivial but, interesting. There are many stock parts that have various numbers and text on them, and many theories as to their origin and what they mean.

However, this being something you found out in the "yard" is something else. I would wager the answer would lie with someone who doesn't work with Squad anymore.

On a French keyboard (azerty) the a is where the q on a standard English keyboard is supposed to be. If there were some issues with keyboard layouts while designing (i.e. a French person writing on a US keyboard), then SMQ might actually refer to SMA (semi major axis). Now, if you recall the geostationary height above Kerbin you will realise that its value of the semi major axis starts with the digits 28... So yeah. I assume its kind of an in joke referring to the fact the truck is geostationary as it isn't moving on the surface...

Note that the letter M is swapped as well which raises some doubts concerning my hypothesis.
