A KSP-StockAlike High Res Retexture

I Was Thinking About making a KSP Stockish modpack, With the high texture feeling that's given to me by Color Coded Canister or USI Costellation, and I needed a mod That "Revamps the textures of engines, landing gears, wings and so on.

Thinking About making one myself, Since Ven's Stock Revamp seems unable to wun without problems...

I'm not an artist but I have spare time to give to modding KSP

Any Ideas?

For me stockalike texturing requires more effort than photorealistic texturing. In stockalike everything is hand painted. It might take you a month before you figure out how to paint all the shades, dirt and scratches.

I Know, but it gives a nicer look to almost everything in ksp.
Maybe just add some bits to stock textures so they look a little bit higher quality

Start learning graphic arts?  I'm not sure I understand.  You want a better texture mod, are willing to do it yourself, but don't know how.  So, learn texture editing first, then apply it to the types of files KSP uses.  Right?

Now i'm more focused on getting the mods and testing which ones to use or not, to keep the game lightweight but to enhance it (I'm Starting of With MKS and Extraplanetary Launchpads First).
