Recommend me some vacuum engines

I'm building a custom play instance, where I make my own engine stats and tech progression. For that purpose, I'm looking for some 2.5m, 3.75m and 5m engines that look nice and believable for low to medium thrust vacuum operations. I already have SpaceY and Cryogenic Engines installed, and all their engines are accounted for elsewhere (as are stock engines). So I thought: hey, maybe the forum can point me at some nice bits and bobs that I've never used before :)

Since I'm not really in need of other parts, ideally I would like to be able to just copy the engine folder(s) out of whatever download it comes in. If there was a more complex texture-pathing scheme going on, it would be less ideal, but generally I'm open for anything to start off with.

What I'm especially looking for:
- The engines should have a visibly actuating gimbal (which is why I'm not looking at KW Rocketry for example)
- They should be supported by RealPlume Stock Configs
- They should be chemical engines and run on LF/O mix

Got any personal favorites that fit these criteria?

@Streetwind Try Cryogenic Engines. It had (and may still have) a bundled patch to make them use LFO instead of LH2. I don't know about RealPlume but this should be as good as it gets, being made by Nertea. :)

Yeah, Cryogenic Engines is supported by Realplume. Problem is, as mentioned in the OP, I already have it :P

Right now I'm leaning towards rescaling the three penguin engines from SpaceY Expanded to be one size class smaller each, if that doesn't ruin the plume configs. Then I'm just missing another 3.75m engine. If the rescale doesn't work... then I'm also missing another 2.5m one.

EDIT: Maybe I could revive the deprecated LV-T18 from NF spacecraft, that should have a supported plume... I'm kinda surprised though that I've not yet seen a suggestion that I haven't used in the past. I'm pretty sure there must be at least a few engine packs I've never touched, considering I play with very similar modsets most of the time. Which is why I'm trying to branch out a bit here!
