Hello and welcome to the home page of the ISEA. 

Our mission is to do realistic launches in RSS/RO using a variety of rockets.

Aquarius- 4,2 5,2 5,4 and Heavy

Mission controller requirements:

In order to join, us we want you to have a few requirements so you can effective assist us. Real Space Program is entirely a group effort, therefore we need every member to contribute as best as possible. So here is a list of what you will need in order to join (role specifics listed below)(bullets in bold are required):

Non-Mission Control Requirements:

  •  Discord (primarily text portion, mobile app acceptable)
  • Able to run a KSP save with Realism Overhaul (RO), Real Solar System (RSS) and all of their dependencies.  Specifically able to make Launch Vehicles.
  • Knowledge for planning and coordinating.
  • Knowledge to code within kOS, KRPC.(GNC Only) 

Mission Control Role Requirements:

  • Decent Microphone
  • Good internets speeds
  • Discord Chat Software (for Mission Control Discussions- during launch)
  • Able to attend launches (semi-regularly. We can make exceptions, but only if mentioned before a launch!)

Explore just died after cliff quit so we started this.

@Uace24 just a quick status update with the LVs:

Eagle II: Launch failure on April 21, improving the LV.

Kestrel V: Construction proceeding on schedule, preparing for first flight maybe 2 weeks from now.

PS: The Eagle II is based on the Delta II and the Kestrel V is based on the Ariane V.

ISEA would like to take a look at these rockets when their finalised or You could become a competitor with the ISEA for launch contracts.

WHY????? WHY MY EAGLE II ROCKET LAUNCH FAILS FOR THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW????? WHY?????

Well, it's time to get back to the drawing board...

EDIT: Oh, wait, we already have the Delta II. Great. Time to get working on my Kestrel V.
