Yellow fuel lines not working since last weeks crash

Recommended Posts

Having started again career mode and Happy to be playing KSP again, when I build 3rockets 2 outside of the main engine, joined at the bottom with the Yellow fuel pipes, the used to burn all to gether ,but No fuel was taken from the main tank, until the outer tanks were decoupled, 2nd Question when can I download modul manager again without it crashing, I need a docking camera.

Isn't that what the fuel lines are supposed to do? Sounds like the fuel lines are working as they are supposed to.

Do you have the craft file available for sharing here? If it isn't too large a text file you could paste it here in a spoiler if necessary.

Here's an example with working fuel lines. It's a very simple craft with two outer tanks, a column of two inner tanks, and crossfeed disabled on the decouplers. Copy and paste this into a text editor, and save it as "SimpleCraft.craft". Change the KSP version if you need to; the parts used are good for v1.0.5 and later.

When you launch this, the outer tanks drain first but all three engines fire. The middle tanks don't drain until the outer ones are empty. It's a rudimentary form of asparagus staging and it lets you run all engines at once, dropping engines as their tanks drain.

Just tried a simple test in 1.22 and 1.3, both versions display the fuel a bit misleading- it will show the middle tank draining when being fed, but when the other tanks are decoupled after they run out it jumps back to full. Maybe you just noticed it in 1.3?
