Also bumped into the dropdown problem. Vessel keeps droping with a speed of 0.2m/s till it touches the ground.

Question, I don't really expect an answer as this is old, but I'm using this for a story set on my 1.4.5 save. Is there a way to keep a vessel parked when you switch to another vessel?

FYI, This still (somehow) works in at least 1.8.1. 
Yes, air parked vessels just stay hanging motionless (relative to the ground) in the air, much the way bricks don’t. You can switch, quit, etc.

@gomker, if you are still around, maybe you can update the thread title so people can find this more easily.

Hmm. For some reason, if I go Eva from the parked vessel, the vessel becomes unparked. Maybe I have to approach from a different vessel, I'll try that.

I also have the issue that a vessel becomes unparked as soon as it's not focussed by the player. Is there any fix for that? (I'm 1.8.1)

I've got an issue with the mod, when I choose another craft then the craft I parked will start moving. It will also pitch down randomly. Why is this?
