keep crashing when i try to start up game

so when i load the game up while its loading up it crashes when it gets to the module manager bit

There are lots of 3rd party file hosting sites on the internet, including free ones.  (Dropbox is an example.)  Just pick whichever site works best for you, upload your file there, then copy the link and paste the link into your forum message.
