Is there a mod that lets you control Kerbals when they are inside laboratories, living spaces etc

There is one but I don't think it works with 1.3.0

it does work, but with the following caveats:

Doesn't necessarily play nice with any other mods..

requires IVA's to have physics colliders (which at present they do not)

those are the key ones that mean it doesn't behave as you would expect it to behave. That's said the alpha is pretty useable, its cool to get out of the seat and move around!
