DDE
Plesetsk, Soyuz-2.1b. Hendrickx suggests it may be a 14F169 Razbeg or three, Novosti Kosmonavtiki and official press-release cofnirm multiple satellites - Kosmos 2551, 2558, 2568. Edit: also sox rideshare cubesats from Sitronics Space. https://t.me/space78125/2694 Yes. Plesetsk. Rideshare. And that was under Shoigu. Imagine how things may run now that an auditor is in charge... Edited May 22, 2024 by DDE

Judging by the expression on his face, he's not thinking family-friendly words as he reads that document. That's the look of a man who knows he's about to become really unpopular with the people upstairs, or downstairs, or possibly both. The word "downsizing" probably figures a lot in his mental notes at that moment.

Apparently the official press-release meant the subesats. Only one major payload now confirmed, Kosmos 2576, and it's co-planar with USA 314, causing quite the stir in the American media. Hendrickx has now revised his guess to a Nivelir or Nivelir Mk2 (14F168). Edited May 22, 2024 by DDE

DDE
Quote Roscosmos at the Festival of Movement of the First: June 1, VDNKh, exhibition "Russia" "You can't see borders from space, all borders are in our heads!" - Hero of the Russian Federation, pilot-cosmonaut Andrei Borisenko spoke at the opening ceremony and told the children about how he realized his dream. He also took part in a creative meeting where he fulfilled the dream of 16-year-old Fyodor Mayorov from Moscow, participant of the project "Dream with me", to meet a cosmonaut. At the KulibinPRO site in the "Cosmonautics and Aviation" Center, master classes from Roscosmos were held all day long, and everyone could try their hand at a space quiz, satellite assembly and even docking with the ISS on a special simulator And in the evening the "Capsule of Dreams" action started, which was attended by Marat Zakirov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First, Anastasia Zvyagina, Deputy Director General of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia", Dmitry Shishkin, Director of the Administrative Department of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" and children from the Movement of the First. Now the children's dreams, sealed today in the time capsule, will visit space and will definitely come true ✨ All those who did not have time today, we are waiting for you tomorrow, there is still a whole day ahead, filled with events and emotions! See you at the Festival! #Roskosmos #MovementFirst #VDNKh #Russia Exhibition #MovementFirst Festival Translated with DeepL.com (free version) The simulator in the last image looks intensely familiar: https://t.me/keytostart_space/1054 Tantares and RSS? DDE
Quote The birth of private Russian cosmonautics, it happened Amazing things are happening before our eyes. The operator of the state system "ERA-GLONASS" GLONASS*, whose receivers are installed on 11 million cars - that is, every fifth car in the country - has agreed to cooperate with Sitronics on the use of their satellites The State Transport and Leasing Company (GTLK), which handles almost all deliveries of public transport, airplanes and helicopters to regional governmens, the only supplier of unmanned systems in state procurement (can you imagine the numbers there?), also chooses Sitronics. At SPIEF the possibility of testing Bureau-1440 satellite communications devices on trains/planes this fall gets announced. I, like all of you, have one question: where is Sfera, in development since 2018, in all of this? Can Roscosmos do anything but whine? * by the way, Roscosmos made a failed push to take over GLONASS JSC a year ago Translated with DeepL.com (free version) https://t.me/roscosmos_press/2083
