In any case, I would say it's an Air-Breathing Takeoff and Closed Cycle Orbit (ABTCCO)

Except that "closed cycle orbit" seems kinda unnecessary, given that everything is closed-cycle orbit.  It's not physically possible to get to orbit with only air-breathing.

Shouldn't we avoid "spaceplane" in the terminology?  Just because it takes one (or two, or N) stages to get to orbit, and just because it does (or doesn't) use air-breathing engines, has nothing to do with being a spaceplane.  There are SSTO's that are vertical-takeoff and have no wings on them, that's why "SSTO" doesn't include "spaceplane".

An airbreathing TSTO might be a spaceplane... but it also might just be a vertical-takeoff vessel whose first stage happens to include airbreathing engines.

If you specifically mean a spaceplane, then you can say "air-breathing TSTO spaceplane", or just plain "TSTO spaceplane" if you think that "spaceplane" implies "air-breathing" (which technically it doesn't, but in practice generally does).

Not at all.  It means exactly what it says, "a thing that gets to orbit in two stages".

TSTO doesn't imply "smaller plane carried by larger one" any more than "SSTO" implies "plane".  It often is, sure.  But not necessarily.

May be interpreted as:

1.Disposable plane that go to space and breathe air

2.Disposable booster that is a plane, goes to space and breathe air.

3.Plane that goes to space, is a disposable booster that breathe air.

Terrible, it gives the impression the plane is disposable and not even a hint that it goes to orbit.

And, even if you find a good new name, no one else will use it until you explain and convince them to adopt ot. The former is what are you complaining, the later may never happen.
