Where is unpurchased/purchased params for every part in VAB at save-file?

I change BypassEntryPurchaseAfterResearch to false in the save_file and parts from new-opened Tech tree node are unpurchased as expected.

How make all old parts unpurchased too? There is that unpurchased/purchased  params for every part at save-file?

if someone interested, you can find it by 
name = ResearchAndDevelopment 
and for every technode replace 
(\s+part = [\w\.\- ]+\n)+ 
to 
\n

All parts will be listed under their relevant Tech node entry in the savefile if they are purchased. Removing them from that list will reset their entry purchase.
