Can any one Help on this UI glitch?

Hi

I'm trying to play a very heavily modded game, first take a look

Now, I tried removing the mods that I see in the list one after another and relaunch the game, my first opinion was that one of these mods may had a bug in the UI like lack of a proper Layout Ending in code, but here is the problem, after one week of trying, none of the mods changed this  behavior! The worst part of it, is that the accept button is not visible any more and when i come to this page, there is no way back to the game creation window to start the new game

1- What can I do to go back to the menu WITH the settings I put

2- Did any one ever saw something like this and know what mod can cause this issue?

I don't know if sending any log file could help considering that this is a UI issue and i don't think anything is broken code wise other than a missing layout stuff, so not sure if those type of things would be logged or not?

but even when i took EVA fuel out before, the problem was there!

As I suspected, removing the EVA Fuel from the scene didn't fix the glitch, still same result as first post

and this time, no errors in ksp.log

ok, this is the full log, I know that there are some missing planet errors but that is for the first screen that you see three kerbals in the orbit, and that section has nothing to do with the ui issue, can any one help?

Looks like it's Kerbal Konstructs, try removing that
