Resource in Space?

Hello everyone, is there a way to force a generator to only operate in space or put a resource in space that can be collected by a generator?

@Nertea Have any idea on how to make this work?

I'm working on a Bussard Ram Scoop for stock. I have 1.25m version and working on a 0.625m and 2.5m versions.

Karbonite currently implements this.

I'll have to look at the configs to see what was done.
