click on "this" and you will get a bunch of text. Open up the file \GameData\TelemachusContinued\Plugins\PluginData\Telemachus\leafletksp.js and replace everything in it with what you just copied.

I don't know why but the "this" you refer to doesn't show up as a link to me.  It's just the text "this" without any reference to any location or URL.

I can't seem to get the mod to run at all.

It's been a while since I've used KSP so it's probably user error.

I tried manually installing the mod, downloaded the zip from the repo & dragged the 'game data' folder over to the ksp directory, so that 'Telemachus...' gets copied into the ksp_base/gamedata directory.

When I did that, the mod didn't load & the only errors I found in the log were:

[ERR 22:07:12.929] Failed to decompress data for the AssetBundle 'Memory'.
[ERR 22:07:12.929] AssetLoader: Bundle is null

I then tried installing using CKAN, which also installed VDS hull cameras, the raster prop monitor, and the module manager. This loaded perfectly fine the first time & the mod worked fine. After restarting KSP, and any subsequent launches failed to load the mod and resulted in a crash to desktop with an access violation error. Removing Telemachus continued allowed the game to launch, but I'm not sure if any of the other mods loaded.

Do you have install instructions for a manual install?
Also, I'm not sure what the common practice is with KSP but it would be great to include a readme with these in the source zip.

Finally, I took a look at the licensing issue you're talking about. Take a look at the license here. It clearly states that you can modify and redistribute the source so long as you retain the copyright notice for that file, which could be done in a readme or licenses.txt :)

I tried initially on 1.4.2 (latest), and then rolled back to 1.4.1.
I did try on new saves and everything for 1.4.1, still no luck.

Are you using CKAN to install it?

Hi,

I did try using CKAN to install the mod.  When using CKAN on a fresh install, the mod launched. When I restarted kerbal and any subsequent launches of the game, I would get a crash during the loading screens resulting from an access error. Could either be write or read, didn't matter. I did a bit of reading and some people said that it could be 'running out of ram' (as a software developer that didn't make much sense to me, but anyway) I'm only at 30-40% ram usage during the crash.

When using CKAN, if I removed telemachus continued, the game would launch. I don't know if all of the other mods it also installed were running or not, I didn't try them. As soon as telemachus was reinstalled to the game directory, it would crash again.

At this point if I verified the integrity of the steam cache (with mods removed), it reacquire one file. KSP would launch, then if I used CKAN to install the mod we're back at the beginning of this post.

Try restarting your computer. When i recompile the mod sometimes my game will always get that access violation error and the only way to fix it is restarting my computer.

Yeah, I tried restarting multiple times.

I installed again using CKAN and it works without issue now.

Thanks for your help!!
