What happened to the old Kerbaliser thing? Is there any way to download it?

If not, is there any other way that I can create a Kerbal, not using USI Kolonisation or similar things by having many different professions?

Alt-F12 menu has a create kerbal option.

What I mean is a way to customize how Kerbals look, not their jobs or anything like that.

Ah ok... but I'm still confused.  The kerbalizer was an out of game app that didn't affect the in game appearance of the kerbals (AFAIK).   There are mods that will affect the appearance in game.  Some of them are reskins for the faces (The Scott Manley Face mod comes to mind, but I don't recommend it if you are easily frightened).

Don't think it's usable anymore due to the issues mentioned above.

For whatever it's worth, if you're on Windows, you can still find IE as old as v. 6 online (I run Ubuntu, but I know, because PlayOnLinux and Winetricks both can install versions that old on demand).  I'd be cautious about using them for everyday use (versions older than about 10 aren't supported with security updates any more), but if you really need an old browser that can use Unity Web Player, I bet IE 7 or 8 will do the job.  Now, finding Unity Web Player itself, to install, may be a bit trickier...

nah, it's now completely free, but still no more features, it seems like it was discontinued

I don’t think so, as those who didn’t purchase it can’t. I did when I bought KSP (it was $2.00, why not).

Well I own an iPhone so I don’t have access to that. That said, that’s an unofficial version and not the version you had to purchase on the KSP website.
