Looking for a Navball texture changing mod

I find the default NavBall texture quite confusing, as it only reads north and it might be screwing with the success of my missions. Does anybody know of a good mod for navball textures? Im using the latest version of KSP, so keep that in mind. (on a small note, I would love a navball texture with green on black, with all 4 compass directions in green, but thats just a personal want).

Huh?  It provides indications for all cardinal directions, indicated by degrees from North.  You just need to learn how to make use of the information its providing.

N=0/360

E=90

S=180

W=270

I also don't find that very helpful, as I often forget that kind of thing when Im flying. I can fly things very smoothly, but its things like the compass headings that screw me over.

I went to a 3 day camp of a naval aviation place, and it was only on the last day that I actually found the compass.
