Make sure you're selecting the "bob ross" variants of those parts. did TURD or Lazy Painter get updated recently to cause this problem? cause i CAN use lazy painter also i DO have the bob ross paints versions selected and as it turns out i need to click the engine, shroud, and pistons separately. which is absolute CRAP cause they all used to be lumped into the same thing which was far quicker and i never used to need to select the engine variants i could just click and paint before all as one part edit: i'm stupid... now i have to double click... but WHY do i need to select bob ross paints with JUST these parts? To be honest I'm not too familiar with these repainting mods, but I think it's because these parts have builtin presets AND user-customizable versions (via the Bob Ross variants [hint: you paint it yourself]). The weird red/green/blue defaults for Bob Ross just show you where each material goes. 1 hour ago, 缪zy said: will this mod conflict with shaddy or shabby? They shouldn't. Shabby is a library to aid in loading and replacing shaders. Shaddy is just a library of shaders and some configs to apply those to stock parts if TU is installed. There might be some conflicts with TURD for the parts that Shaddy's configs also cover, but I've never heard of anyone reporting something like that. Could this be the problem? EDIT: Solved it by placing the engines and intakes depthmasks into the blacklist folder. Confirmed. Glad I found this solution as quickly as I did, thanks for posting about it @Royale37. Luckily I have some KSP modding experience though, or I'd probably have driven myself crazy trying to find a "blacklist folder". Restock managed blacklisted items via blacklist files, not folders. Any file in the GameData folder tree with the extension .restockblacklist will be read by ReStock at launch. You'll find a TURD.restockblacklist file in the TURD mod folder, for instance. We need to add the following two lines to any .restockblacklist file to fix the transparent engine/intake textures: ReStock/Assets/Aero/DepthMasks/ ReStock/Assets/Engine/DepthMasks/ You could add it to GameData\TURD\TURD.restockblacklist but, the cleanest way to do it is to create your own file with just those two lines and put it into a GameData subfolder that you manage manually. For instance, I have a folder called Bearfight in my GameData folder where I keep my custom flags and some other tweaks. For this, I created a file called DepthMask.restockblacklist, added the two lines above and saved it to GameData\Bearfight\DepthMask.restockblacklist. Hope this helps someone. We don't need no stinking KSP2... we'll just turn KSP1 into KSP2, one mod at a time!

Glad I helped at least one person, lol! 7 hours ago, Bearfight Reregistered said: I'd probably have driven myself crazy trying to find a "blacklist folder". I did exactly this. I have no modding experience but I just bruteforced it with google searches and tried everything until something worked
Havas Pothgan
a great mod in all rights but i just wish to know why can i not also have stock variants when i have this installed? i can only seem to get shiny and the painting template and no stock variations that exist in the base game :c
