Best site were you can download mods for ksp?

I'm new in ksp. I really don't know were to download mods for this game. Curse Forge was the first suggestion I get in google. Are there other sites offering more mods?

I know three more possibilitys to get mods:

3)CKAN

You can find a lot (maybe all?) mods here in the addon forum: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/forum/34-add-on-releases/

The first post of every thread there contains the mod and download informations like links to curseforge, github oder spacedock.

I don't use CKAN by myself so i cannot tell you much about it, but AFAIK it is a tool to find, install and update mods automatically(incl. dependencys). You can find more informations about CKAN in this thread:

After you find the mod you are interested i recommend trying to find its main thread and see if there are any extra links/news, especially in the latest replies.

Sometimes there are important info/fixes that you can only find that way.

Just a technicality, but CKAN does not store mods anywhere (except locally).  It only indexes and installs them for you.  It is up to the mod maker to list the mod on CKAN, and then CKAN goes and gets the mod from wherever it is being hosted if you want it installed.  So not all mods are in the CKAN listing.
