Spaceception
So I'm... curious. What exactly will be the role of having both Antares 330 and MLV? Will Antares 330 be a temporary vehicle until MLV is fully developed, and Firefly will have an exclusive partnership with Northrop to fly Cygnus, and work together on future development? Or are they expecting to coexist? I mean, this doesn't sound exactly like the case of Blue and ULA where Blue just supplies the engines, while ULA develops everything else in a vehicle suited for their purposes. Firefly themselves are building a modified first stage for Antares with the same number of engines intended for their own vehicle, which is also supposed to have ~50% more payload. That would almost be like if Blue built Vulcan's core stage while also working on New Glenn.
AckSed
In that stream, Bill Weber states that Firefly is trying to be "the number one in responsive spaceflight". So it's adjacent, but presumably the fact of having a small private company lets them move faster.
tater
Firefly has not posted anything. Maybe the payload has some props and can circularize?

tater
Quote The investigation determined the mishap was due to an error in the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) software algorithm that prevented the system from sending the necessary pulse commands to the Reaction Control System (RCS) thrusters ahead of the stage two engine relight. Despite these challenges, Alpha deployed the payload in an orbit that allowed our mission partner to successfully complete their primary mission objectives, including rapid commissioning of the satellite following insertion. Firefly is now implementing corrections actions to ensure the GNC software issue is resolved, including process changes to detect and prevent similar issues in the future. Alpha will be ready to fly again in the coming months.

AckSed
https://www.nasa.gov/missions/small-satellite-missions/nasas-elana-43-prepares-for-firefly-aerospace-launch/ Firefly is launching a whole load of cubesats for universities and NASA... on June 26th. Three days ago. And I have not seen nor heard any sign they have launched - nothing on their YT, nor their web site, nor in the news. It's concerning. AckSed
Phew. That was no sarcasm, by the way. I do like the company. Might not catch it, though, I'll be travelling.

I'll keep an eye out, but I'm pretty sure I'll only see clouds.
insert_name
Looks like a last second abort, did anyone hear if they still have more time on the launch window?

RUD Everyday
The launch has been delayed potentially. Im unsure, Nasaspaceflight marked it as NET July
