Is there a mod for terrain levelling?

I have two contracts I'd like to combine them into one, one for a Mun base and the other for mining ore.  The best equatorial ore location looks to be in a canyon with very little level terrain. Rather than convoy ore in and out of the canyon I'd like to level out spots for a landing pad and the base itself. Is there a mod to simulate grading a surface to be a level?

Kerbal Konstructs *might* be able to level a section of the Mun for you, but it doesn't really simulate grading a surface.  In general, that's hard as KSP treats 'terrain' as different than 'ships', and terrain is pretty much un-alterable.

There are a few other solutions.  Though note that your drills will need to actually hit the terrain.

Ideas:

Stockalike Station Parts Redux has some nifty self-leveling legs:

Extraplanetary Launchpads or Ground Construction can be used to build a base with launch clamps - which will hold you level.

KIS can be used to anchor parts to the ground:

Finally, I believe Pathfinder is working on being able to build platforms (and I've seen @Angel-125 demo it), though I'm not sure if it's ready yet:

Thanks, for the suggestions, I've been using KIS/KAS for a while and was aware of most of the others. Taking off and base construction are less of a concern for me than the idea of making a level landing pad to make landing easier. I'm already using:
