How to see Kerbals through windows on Console

This is an odd question, but can someone tell me how to see kerbals through windows (on console)? I have seen youtubers like Matt Lowne do it, and they say it's stock. Is it possible on console?

On PC we click on windows in IVA mode. So,  i am guessing it will be similar on console.

It's a little dot of a button next to the Kerbal portraits, in the bottom right of the screen. If you hover a cursor over the Kerbal portraits, the dot appears and you can click it. If you are in the Simplified preset, then the instructions are different, though. It's typically called the "cutaway view".

What about in cockpits such as the Mk. 1 and all those? They seem to have tinted windows. Also, what is IVA mode?

Hit the C key to enter IVA mode (and to exit again). Or click the "View" button on the portraits. It lets you fly the rocket (mostly) from inside the cockpit -- and look around inside the parts to see all the decorations.

The so called IVA does let you see how terrified your kerbals are... up close.

Are you talking about the interior views from the Kerbals’ perspectives, or are you talking about seeing into the pods from the outside?
