Hello, and welcome to the forums! 

Lots of friendly, helpful people are here to help with all sorts of problems... but we'll need a bit more to work with than "do not work when the time comes".  Could you provide more detail, please?

For example, are you saying you can't even take off the launchpad?  Or something else?  Can you give us a screenshot of the problem?

A few possible things to check.

Fuel- have you run out of fuel?

Electricity- Do you have electricity for an unmanned vehicle?

Comms- Are you within communications range for an unmanned vehicle?

They changed the default throttle from 100% to 0% a while ago. So you have to throttle up using either the shift or z key or set the default back to 100% in the options.

The default throttle setting is now a player-set setting. OP may have accidentally changed it to zero? Also might have accidentally set an engine's thrust limiter to zero.
