Thats probably one of the best parts. (for a tourist at least).

Im pretty sure when space hotels become a thing, most of them would have some sort of zero-gee playground. I hope BFS also has some toys to play with inside.

Roulette, dice, billiard, golf, other typical entertainments depend on the chance gravity.

That's weird, but actually. In 1/6 g field the roulette ball will be slipping. Golf and billiard require 6 times larger tables/fields where you can see pits and pockets. Dice will be ricochetting and flying across the room.
You can't even smash a card against the table in the excitement without catching it a second later near the ceiling.
