Eve I have a crashing issue in realism overhaul how much of ram in the gamedata is allowed in the 64 bit version? My gamedata is 3.26GB full already

Your GameData folder is just limited by the free disc space of your harddrive/ssd.

A 64bit system can manage up to 16exabyte (2^64 byte )of RAM, but I highly doubt that you got this amount of RAM ;)
The base game without any mods needs ~4GB of RAM to run properly, if you add some mods, especially planet packs, you will need more.

But just to clarify: The amount of required RAM does not equal the size of your GameData folder.

Ok but what is an ssd?

A Solid State Drive: It is like a hard drive but it uses flash memory to store data instead of a rotating, magnetic disc. Like a really big USB stick.

SSDs provide a faster response time and high data transfers speeds and they become more and more common in modern PCs/laptops.
