How do i create Badge using Paint.net

Basically i'm trying to create Challenge about Mun Buggy/Rover (in honor to tribute the Lunokhod Program) So i was wondering
"Hey I have Paint.Net, why not just Create a badge for it" But then i realised... I had Zero Skill whatsoever

Can you guys help me?

Forgot to mention, what is the best Resolution for Badge either

Get some Screenshot of what you're talking about, then modify it with any Picture modifier...
