OK this wasn't an entirely successful mission. So I have to shutdown engines, separate the top section and come down on parachutes.

Positives are that the pilot survived

Negatives are that I'm not sure KSP should really leave my spacecraft in this position after landing!

Edit: also, you have SAS on, and I assume that means reaction torque is holding you up.
