Doesn't include any of the expensive bits like coms, attitude control, power management etc. It's basically a perfboard in a box.

Oh, it does have an RTC, which you can buy on fleabay for less than $1, shipped.

You know it's a gimmick when a lanyard is part of the packaging.

Attitude control may be not needed if make the sat unoriented, with several antennas around. (Like Stayputnik).
